What Our People Say

Chris Ledger is a projects engineer in the maintenance team. His first job was as a part time chauffeur, then air conditioning stores. He joined Airmaster in 2004, but because the role back then took him away a lot, he left after 8 years, but came back last year as an office-based installation engineer.

Chris says:

Now I’m in maintenance, I handle the small installations and repair work. After beating a life-changing illness, the regular routine and being close to home suits me. It great to be invited back to join the Airmaster family. I always wanted to be footballer, so I am inspired by Brian Robson for his determination; despite injury he never turned away from a challenge!

I used to play a lot of football, but with dodgy discs in my back I’ve started caravanning and mountain biking at weekends with my wife. We are loving getting away and seeing more of the country.

People probably don’t know I accidentally put my son in hospital once, while teaching him to tackle!
